Meet the Team

Hi, I am Aaron, I was born in Islington and have lived in North London all of my life.

I have a passion for developing properties and I have been in the industry since a young teenager helping my mother buy her first buy to let and since then I have not looked back and knew from then I was destined for a career in the property industry.

I have been working within estate agency for the past 21 years so I have many years experience behind me, starting of as a letting’s negotiator for a company in Islington before going independent with my business partner Mujtaba and opening Living Space in 2006.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and love watching and playing various sports and exercising and doing the odd DIY around the house. I also have a passion for travelling around the world and seeing different cultures and experiencing different cuisines.

I was raised in Belgium by the coast enjoying the sea and sand! We came over to the UK when I was 8 years old and I met my wife in my twenties. We have been married for over 20 years and have two amazing children. We love travelling and exploring new places as well as entertaining friends and cooking great food.  

I have been in the property industry in London for over 21 years now and have vast knowledge of the Sales and Lettings industry. I joined Living Space over 14 years ago and have been working in Highbury & Islington for over 23 years, firstly as a lettings negotiator and then working my way up to director level. Hard work, honesty and integrity have formed the basis of my career and this has afforded me a strong reputation within the property industry.

I recently graduated with a strong passion for property administration. Though new to the industry, I have had a long-standing interest in property from a young age, which now fuels my enthusiasm for building a successful career in the field. I value quality time with family and enjoy socializing with friends, bringing warmth and strong interpersonal skills to every interaction.

I’m Alex. Born and raised in Winchmore hill and being an Arsenal fan, I have a vast knowledge of North London. I grew up with a passion for football, cars and technology as well as understanding and helping others. When I left school, I decided to move out of my comfort zone of London and go to Chichester University to study Software Development for business which I later decide was not the path I was meant to follow. Through this experience I fell in love with property and the variation of markets and decided to use my previous accomplishment in roles with sales and customer service to translate this into the property industry and become a lettings negotiator.

I was born and raised in Essex with a passion for property and trained in legal secretarial work. I started working with Living Space as an apprentice in 2017 and I am now a full time lettings administrator. With my experience I am now confident in dealing with customers at all levels from company directors to students. The knowledge and experience I have gained since working here has provided me with the valuable skills that I use at work every day. This enables me to deal effectively with all aspects of the letting process. I have also learnt about topics regarding the fee ban and deposit schemes. In my spare time I like to go out with friends or spend time with my family.

I have lived in London for most of my life. I am a hardworking and well organised individual who enjoys working and being part of a team. I have been working in the Lettings & Management Industry since 1998. After working in a Lettings Department, then a Lettings Administration Department, I was promoted to Senior Property Manager. My role involves managing a portfolio of properties which includes maintenance, dealing with payments to contractors and landlords as well as paying invoices. I also organise inspections and regular checks of properties. I enjoy being helpful to our customers and I believe that a good customer service is the key to having a successful Management Team. I also like resolving any issues that the tenants may be experiencing. I am a mum of two. I adore my children and will do anything for them. I like travelling and socialising and being with my family and friends.

Hello, my name is Luke and I am an estate agent with a passion for helping clients find the perfect property in a constantly changing market. I grew up in London, Enfield which has given me an understanding of multiple areas around the city. Outside of work, I stay active through regular gym sessions and outdoor activities, maintaining both discipline and energy. Im also further studying in my free time interior design which has further deepened my knowledge within the property business. My focus on my career, fitness, and studies shows my commitment to personal growth and delivering the best for my clients.
